Here you can find information on shipping us your item(s), turn around time and other important order information!

Milk Instructions

  • AMOUNT: For a Breastmilk keepsake, we need 2-3 oz for a full size piece, 1-2 oz for a mini and for jewelry we only need .5 oz. If you ordered both a wooden piece and jewelry we only need 3 oz max. Any milk works; fresh, old or expired. Your milk just needs to be frozen prior to shipping to avoid spoilage and can be room temperature when it arrives.

  • TO SHIP: Place your frozen milk in a ziploc bag to protect against leaks and place the ziplock bag into a second ziploc bag to catch any milk if there is a leak. Place the double bagged frozen milk into a water resistant padded envelope. If sending other inclusions with your milk, please place them in a separate ziploc bag. Make sure to include a paper with your name and order number in the package.  Only send the amount of milk needed for your creation, (max is 6oz), and if sending the last of your milk we recommend keeping some in case of an emergency. Shipping shouldn't cost more than $6.00 and can be sent via first class mail to get here in 3-4 days. You can either drop it off at the post office or complete the shipping label online and USPS will pick it up.  If we have not contacted you to let you know we have received your milk within a week please contact us with your tracking number for your milk so that we can help you locate it.

Cremains/Ashes Instructions

  • AMOUNT: If your order contains cremains we need a teaspoon for jewelry or a small mold or a tablespoon for larger pieces.

  • TO SHIP: Please be sure to place the ashes in a double ziplock bag so it acts as an extra layer of protection. You will need to package them and send them with tracking so that they get here quickly and safely. Make sure to include a paper with your name and order number in the package.  Once you have received a tracking number please email us your name/order number to treeofhopecreations@gmail.com with subject “Tracking for Order#______” so that we know to watch for your loved one. We will message you immediately after receiving them. If you need anything at all don't hesitate to message us. 

  • TURNAROUND TIME: Orders containing ashes are automatically expedited and typically take 10-12 weeks from when we receive ashes, depending on what you ordered.

Other Inclusions Instructions

  • AMOUNT: Varies based on item, contact us if we haven’t shared with you.

  • TO SHIP: Place in a ziploc bag and place into a second ziploc bag to protect it. Package it and send it. Make sure to include a paper with your name and order number in the package.  If we have not contacted you to let you know we have received your item(s) within a week please contact us with your tracking number so that we can help you locate it.

  • TURNAROUND TIME:  Currently around 25-30 weeks from receiving inclusion

No Inclusions Instructions

  • TURNAROUND TIME:  Varies from 8-25 weeks depending on piece.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Address to ship will be sent after an order has been submitted.

  • We are not responsible for error from any other businesses such as USPS.

  • Most orders are completed in 25-30 weeks from when we receive the inclusions such as breastmilk, or if not using an inclusion from when you placed your order.

  • Turn-around time may fluctuate depending on the influx of orders when we receive your milk as well as other factors outside of our control. So, please be patient and contact us if you have any questions.

  • We will update you throughout the entire journey (when we receive your inclusion, when we are working on it, etc).

  • Per our cancelation policy, you are able to cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund and within 5 days to receive a refund minus a 20% cancelation fee. After the 5 day period we are not able to cancel/refund as settings/supplies are ordered accordingly.

  • There will also be a $15.00 change fee applied to any changes that happen 24 hours after you have ordered.
